About Us
Hi! We are Stephanie Mayer, PT and Nicole Trubin, OT.
We have been treated older adults for over 13 years combined and during this time we have seen many clinicians discharge their patients early because they reached their cap or they were nervous to get audited.
We do not want this to happen anymore.
We are allowed to treat our patients for as long as we can show skill even if they are not progressing.
We have dedicated this site to showing other clinicians how they can document skilled care to be able to treat their patients for as long as is necessary.
