We have been working on something behind the scenes.
We partnered with Neurofit, a gamified cognitive rehabilitation platform built for health teams, to create two brand new documentation guides. One for adult rehab and one for pediatrics.
Each one includes activity specific templates, skilled documentation language, and fill in the blank examples you can use directly in your notes.
Cognitive rehab activities are easy to run and hard to write up. These guides close that gap so your documentation reflects the clinical reasoning behind what you are already doing.
