Welcome to the Innovative Treatments, Effortless Documentation Summit

We are thrilled to invite you to be part of the Innovative Treatments, Effortless Documentation Summit, a FREE 3-day virtual event designed exclusively for PTs and OTs working with older adult patients.

This summit is focused on delivering practical, expert-led treatment strategies for specific impairments and injuries, along with ready-to-implement documentation tools that simplify the process and ensure defensibility.

Our Goals

The summit aims to:

Empower therapists with innovative, actionable treatment strategies/activities that address specific impairments, injuries or functional limitations in older adults.
Simplify documentation by providing ready-to-use examples that demonstrate clinical skill and medical necessity.
Enhance patient care through evidence-based interventions that deliver measurable outcomes.
Foster collaboration by bringing together 20 leading experts to share their insights and best practices.

As a speaker, you’ll have the unique opportunity to showcase your expertise, share your innovative approaches, and provide valuable tools that participants can apply immediately in their clinical practice.

How it Will Work

We’re excited to offer you the opportunity to be featured as one of our expert speakers!

Here’s how your role in the Innovative Treatments, Effortless Documentation Summit will work:

Pre-Record Your Training
- You’ll create a 1-2 hour pre-recorded presentation focused on actionable treatment strategies and activities that clinicians can implement immediately. *If you require more time, please let us know.
- The presentation should highlight 3-5 specific strategies or activities tailored to a particular impairment or functional limitation.
Focus on Real-World Application
- Ensure your strategies are practical and patient-centered, offering clear instructions for how clinicians can apply them in their daily practice.
- Include modifications, upgrades, and downgrades for each activity when appropriate to address a variety of patient needs and functional levels.
Provide Documentation Examples
- For each strategy, include ready-to-use documentation examples that demonstrate clinical skill, medical necessity, and support for reimbursement.
- Documentation should clearly connect the intervention to patient outcomes, emphasizing how the activities address functional goals.
Keep It Fluff-Free
- Focus on immediate, actionable solutions—leave out theoretical or overly generalized content. Our goal is for clinicians to walk away with tools they can implement the very next day.

Presentation Guidelines

Format: You can use PowerPoint slides, live demonstrations, or a mix of both.
Tone: Professional yet approachable—focus on clarity and real-world impact.
Duration: Aim for 60 - 120 minutes, including all strategies, explanations, and documentation examples.

By keeping your training focused on practical, evidence-based strategies and documentation, you’ll ensure your presentation delivers maximum value to our attendees.

What We’ll Ask From You

To ensure the success of the Innovative Treatments, Effortless Documentation Summit and meet the requirements for CEU approval, we’ll need the following from you:

1. CEU Approval Requirements (Due by February 10, 2025)

To secure 20 CEUs for attendees, we must submit detailed session information by this date. While your presentation doesn’t need to be finalized yet, we will need:

Credentials/Titles
Disclosures/COI
Your CV and Bio: Highlighting your qualifications and experience.
Session Objectives: 2-4 clear learning objectives for your presentation.

Length of Presentation
Session Title
Session Description: A concise overview of your session (2-3 sentences).
Session Objectives
Current References: 5 references published since 2020 (I am double checking if we need all 5 recent references from each speaker but we will need at least 2-5 references total.
1-2 Quiz Questions

After agreeing to speak we will send you another form to gather this information with more details about what we need to get the CEU approval.

2. Website Materials (Due by March 1, 2025)

To feature you on the summit website and promotional materials, we’ll need:

A Headshot: High-resolution image for marketing.
Your Title: Include your credentials and professional designation.

3. Promotion Participation

Help us spread the word! As a speaker, you’ll have a 50% affiliate commission on all sales generated through your unique affiliate link. We encourage you to share this opportunity with your audience via social media, email lists, or other platforms.

4. Recorded Presentation (Due by April 1, 2025)

Your 1-2 hour pre-recorded presentation should follow the actionable, fluff-free guidelines provided earlier. Our team will assist with any questions or technical needs to ensure a smooth process.

Free to Join, Paid Upgrades
- The summit will be free for attendees to join during the live event.
- Attendees will have the option to upgrade to the All-Access Pass, which includes:
  - 20 CEUs (approved for attendees who meet requirements).
  - Unlimited Access to all session recordings.
  - Additional perks (to be announced).
All-Access Pass Pricing
- The pass will cost between $97 and $197, depending on when attendees choose to upgrade:
  - Early Bird Pricing: $97
  - Regular Pricing: $147
  - Last Chance Pricing: $197
Affiliate Commission
- You’ll earn 50% commission for each sale of the All-Access Pass made through your unique affiliate link.
- Affiliate payouts will occur after the summit and all transactions have been finalized.
- Promoting the event helps expand its impact while offering attendees valuable resources.
